Directions! More And More Directions....
....... that Dondra is writing for me on how to do stuff.
First it was the TV and what input the DVD player is on, and how to run the theater system. Then came the oven and I had to learn a whole new thing to do with it: don't use "cook timer", because apparently it has an alarm that you have to pay attention to or the oven keeps baking stuff, which I found out a couple of months back fixing myself some hamburgers.
Now it's the thermostat. Apparently, you can't just turn that thing from "cool" to "heat", you also have to switch the setting to "auto", plus there's a couple of other buttons there one has to fool with to keep the fan from running non-stop!
And she's also writing my recipes in case she's not home, at the hairdresser's or something.
While she was still working part-time at the hospital, she wasn't too worried about my burning down the house, but now I kinda think she is!
It ain't easy bein' me these days, folks! HAHA!

November is National Alzheimer's Month and we're paying tribute to our caregivers, and so this is a good time to thank the love of my life, Dondra, for taking such good care of yours truly! Thanks, Sweetheart.

One of these days, I'll tell you the story of my Mishap, the cause of all these precautions... Take care, hugs to you both!
Yeah, now if I'd just pay attention to those timers! LOL
Nothing wrong with being a dreamer. Jules Verne was one of the most famous ones!
Love ya!
